등방성 및 이방성 페라이트 자석을 생산, 가공(절단, 연마)하며, 자동차/가전용 BLDC 모터 및 센서류에 적용되고, 국/내외 고객사로 공급하고 있습니다.

 

2. 영구자석(수입품)

중국, 일본, 대만에서 NdFeB, NdFeB-bonded, AlNiCo, SmCo, Rubber 및 페라이트 자석 등의 영구자석을 수입하여, 국/내외 고객사로 공급하고 있습니다.

수입한 영구자석을 당사 Q.C part에서 검사한 후, 고객사에 공급하고 있습니다.

검사 장비: BH- curve tracer, Magnet Analyzer, Flux Meter, 2D inspector vision, 3D inspector vision 등

 

 

1. Permanent magnet (Isotropic and anisotropic ferrite magnet)

Our factory has isotropic and anisotropic magnet manufacturing process.

 

These items are used for automobile & home appliance motor and sensor.

 

2. Permanent magnet (Imported magnet)

We are importing permeant magnet from the China, Japan, and Taiwan, which are NdFeB, NdFeB-bonded, AlNiCo, SmCo, Rubber and ferrite magnet.

We inspect the imported magnets in our Q.C part and then supply to our customers.

Inspection Equipment: BH- curve tracer, Magnet Analyzer, Flux Meter, 2D inspector vision, 3D inspector vision and so on.
