SiC Power Module

최근 SiC는 저전력 효과를 바탕으로 자동차나 산업기기 등에서 1700V 내압 제품을 중심으로 채용이 진행되고 있습니다. 

각종 애플리케이션의 고 기능화에 따라 시스템의 고 전압화가 추진되어, 1700V 내압 제품의 수요가 더욱 높아지고 있습니다.

EconoDUAL 1700V, 250A 전력 모듈은 SiC-MOSFET 와 SiC-SBD로 구성된 Full SiC의 Half Bridge 모듈입니다. 13nH 이하의 Low Package Stray Inductance 와 4kV의 절연을 포함합니다.

고온 고습 바이어스 시험에서 1,000 시간을 초과하여도 절연 파괴를 일으키지 않는 고 신뢰성을 실현합니다.

이에 따라, 고온 고습 환경에서도 안심하고 1700V의 고 내압을 취급할 수 있으며, 

옥외 발전 시스템 및 충. 방전 시험기 등의 평가 장치를 비롯한 산업기기용 전원의 인버터, 컨버터에 최적인 제품입니다.

Solder Jet Printer

현재까지는 스크린 프린터 또는 공압 디스펜서를 사용하여 리드 프레임 또는 다이 상단 표면에 솔더를 디스펜싱하고 있으나 스크린 프린터에서 솔더 페이스트 사용량이 많고, 막힘 문제가 발생하며, 공압 디스펜서에서는 도트 볼륨을 콘트롤하기 어려운 문제가 발생하고 있습니다.

기존 장비에서 발생하는 모든 문제를 해결하기 위해 Jet Printer는 피에조 이젝터를 채택하여 도트 볼륨을 일정하게 유지할뿐만 아니라 UPH를 3~5 배 향상시킬 수 있습니다.

SiC Power Module

Recently, The Silcon Carbide is being adopted mainly for 1700V withstand voltage products in automotive and industrial products. As various applications become more functional, higher system voltage is being promoted, and the demand for 1700V withstand voltage products is further increasing. EconoDUAL 1700V, 250A power module is a full SiC half bridge module composed of SiC-MOSFETs and SiC-SBDs. Also, Includes Low Package Stray Inductance of 13nH or less and insulation of 4kV. It realizes high reliability that does not cause dielectric breakdown even if it exceeds 1K hours in high temperature and high humidity bias tes. It is possible to handle high voltage of 1700V with confidence even in high temperature and high humidity environment and outdoor power generation system. It is the most suitable product for inverters and converter system of power supplies for industrial equipment including evaluation devices such as discharge tester.

Solder Jet Printer

We use the screen printer or Pneumatic dispenser to dispense solder on lead frame and/or die top surface. However, we are encountering high solder paste usage/ screen clogging problem with screen printer and dot volume control problem with pneumatic dispenser. To solve all those problems encountered with existing equipment, Jet Printer adopted a piezo ejector to not only keep the dot volume constant but also improve the UPH by 3~5 times.
