②     당사 SPEED 200i는 Dual Coating/Developing를 장착하고 특화된 Oven Unit을 활용하여 보다 안정적이고 높은 생산성에 도달해 있습니다.  

2. ADMS System

①     반도체 Lithography공정에서 발생하는 여러 불량들을 신속 정확하게 감지하는 시스템으로 당사의 기술은 A.I Deep running기술을 이용해 95% 이상의 정확도를 보이고 있습니다.

 ② SPEED 200i is equipped with Dual Coating/Developing and uses a specialized Oven Unit to achieve more stable and higher productivity.

2. ADMS System

① ADMS, Apple T’s inline defect monitoring system, quickly and accurately detects various defects occurring in the semiconductor lithography process. Our technology uses A.I Deep running technology to show an accuracy of over 95%.

② It is easy to install on existing TRACK equipment and does not slow down WAFER production, so customer satisfaction is high and we expect a steep increase in sales in 2025.
