EQ GLOBAL was established in 2001 and is a specialized company in the repair and refurbishment (restoration) of semiconductor equipment and components. Based on our RF Power Solution and ATE System Solution, we have grown into Korea's leading semiconductor equipment restoration company through continuous investment and R&D, repairing and refurbishing a wide range of equipment and components.

 

EQ GLOBAL's efforts to enhance customer value do not stop in Korea. We operate local subsidiaries and global repair hubs in Wuxi and Dalian, China, Singapore, and the United States, providing highly reliable services based on over 20 years of technical know-how. We are also expanding our market by collaborating with global semiconductor manufacturers, and are preparing to enter new markets such as Europe and Japan with the goal of growing into a world-class semiconductor repair company.
