The Korean Security Agency of Trade and Industry(KOSTI) is a public institution under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy that was established to efficiently support the import and export management of dual-use goods and technologies. KOSTI provides support to ensure through activities such as establishing trade security policies, classification, operations of the strategic commodities import/export management system (Yestrade), public relations and education about the program, etc. 

무역안보관리원은 전략물자 수출입관리 업무를 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 설립된 산업통상자원부 산하 공공기관입니다. 무역안보관리원은 무역안보 정책수립, 전략물자 전문판정, 전략물자 수출입관리 정보시스템(Yestrade) 운영, 제도 홍보 및 교육 등을 통해 수출입관리가 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하고 있습니다.
