당사는 2002년 디스플레이 후공정검사 사업을 시작으로 성장해왔으며, 

2023년 신규 사업 진출을 위한 반도체 테스트 소켓 공장을 건립하였습니다. 

반도체 테스트 소켓(ICTestSocket)은 반도체 제조 공정 중 마지막 검사를 위해

반드시 필요한 부품으로 최종 패키지 공정까지 완료 된 반도체를 전수 검사해

이상이 없는지 확인해야 합니다. 

이때 검사 과정에서 반도체가 정상인지 불량인지 판별하기 위해 사용하는 

소모성 부품을 테스트 소켓이라고 하며 위드시스템은 Al Metal, 모든 종류의 

엔지니어링 플라스틱 가공이 가능하며 홀가공 0.1mm의 기술력과 월 2천개 이상의

생산 능력을 갖추고 있습니다.

Spring Contact Probe는 반도체 테스트 소켓에 삽입되어 반도체를 직접 컨택하며

테스트를 시행하는 테스트 소모품입니다.

performs tests by directly contacting the semiconductor.
